Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Implement advanced machine learning, deep learning and NLP/NLU techniques
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, AI engineers, product managers to ideate software solutions, run experiments and create new market-fit products
  • Contribute to containerization, orchestration, and DevOps implementation for quick delivery and better maintenance of cutting-edge AI solutions
  • Implement advanced machine learning, deep learning and NLP/NLU techniques
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, AI engineers, product managers to ideate software solutions, run experiments and create new market-fit products
  • Contribute to containerization, orchestration, and DevOps implementation for quick delivery and better maintenance of cutting-edge AI solutions
  • Apply corporate SDLC and support CI/CD deployment of the microservices to develop and deliver software solutions
  • Demonstrate functionality, applicability and performance of the end products
  • Stump out unnecessary complexities and make complex AI/ML topics clear and accessible to business owners
  • Define, develop, and maintain data augmentation pipelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set plans, ideas and deliverables and mentor junior developers/engineers

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience working as an AI/ML engineer (rare exceptions for highly skilled engineers)
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and software engineering principles
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience working as an AI/ML engineer (rare exceptions for highly skilled engineers)
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and software engineering principles
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms for regression, classification, clustering, and data modeling
  • Expertise in handling production using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and workflow tools like Kubeflow
  • Stay abreast with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies
  • Experience in one or more programming languages, including Python and R
  • Strong grasp on English language for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

  • Knowledge of advanced software tools, libraries, languages as well as image recognition and GPU
  • Ability to measure, understand, and debug integrated systems
  • Hands-on experience in Frequentist and Bayesian statistics
