Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to brainstorm excellent software solutions
  • Keep updated with the latest advancements in software development tools and programming processes
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Integrate the Salesforce CRM with the Sage platform to accelerate revenue and improve business productivity
  • Conduct software testing to ensure better speed, performance and responsiveness
  • Ensure data security and integrity of the software
  • Follow software development best practices and standards to develop functional databases, applications, and services

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of work experience as a Salesforce developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience with Sage API integrations
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM platform
  • Working knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), dashboards, VisualForce pages, SFDC, etc.
  • Experience in handling complex business system integration
  • Expert skills in English language for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of web services, inlcuding REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.
  • Experience in handling accounting information, data security, synchronization, and risk mitigation
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.
