Job responsibilities

Identify business challenges and opportunities for product improvement
Find solutions to business problems using analytics and suggest strategies
Participate in data cleaning, data mining, wrangling, and quantitative analysis
Assist key stakeholders to take data-driven decisions
Contribute to executing and supporting key product decisions and launches
Continuously monitor the key product metrics in order to make any required changes in metrics
Develop models of user behaviors to analyze and optimize production systems
Implement the best practices for analytics and product teams

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a data scientist (rare exceptions for highly skilled candidates)
Experience working with high-level programming languages like Python and R
Understanding of quantitative data analysis, report writing, and presentation
Knowledge of data querying languages, like SQL
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of data
Fluency in English language for effective communication
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Ability to handle stats-based modeling and ML modeling
Understanding of Hadoop and other Big Data tools
Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Experience with applied statistics or experimentation, like A/B testing
Proficient working in Agile software development environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Integration / Identity Engineer to build secure identity and integration services for enterprise AI applications. This role focuses on authentication, authorization, enterprise integrations, and reusable APIs that enable secure access to enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design authentication and authorization solutions for AI applications and services.
Develop reusable identity capabilities using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token exchange, and service identities.
Automate application registration, identity provisioning, and access management.
Build integrations with enterprise platforms and SaaS applications.
Develop reusable APIs and libraries supporting secure connectivity.

Required Qualifications
