Skills required to become a Full Stack Angular/Java Developer

Let's look at the abilities needed to be a great Fullstack Angular/Java developer —

1. Software design and architecture

In the software development process, software design and architecture are extremely important. As a Fullstack Angular/Java developer, you must be able to quickly identify and implement the application's appropriate technology stack and architecture. A solid grasp of software architecture will set you apart from other engineers, and it will also help you advance in your profession.

2. Spring framework 5

More than 2000 websites utilized the Spring framework to construct Java apps in 2020. When classes rely on other classes and interfaces from this framework, Spring uses explanatory comments to prevent tight coupling. Spring is based on the MVC framework, which provides separate levels for operations and business. Most developers favor the Spring framework because it is easy to use, has clean syntax, supports object injection, and includes automated testing tools like JUnit 5.

3. Android + Kotlin

The majority of Fullstack Angular/Java developers start working on mobile apps before finishing the web development process. When it comes to designing Android apps, knowing Kotlin provides you an edge and helps you stand out. The Android platform is moving toward Kotlin, a modified version of the Java programming language.

4. NPM

The Node Package Manager is a must-have tool for all web developers these days. Even if you're not using Node.JS, it's a common tool for installing numerous client-side web development tools, such as Angular. Angular builds upon a number of NPM packages so there might be a need for you to install certain non-Angular packages on your system too.

5. Angular CLI

The first package to install should be the Angular Command Line Interface along with NPM. You may install the Angular packages separately while writing code for the new project manually. Mark how the CLI makes this process easier, ensuring that the app follows best practices. CLI may be used to not only create new applications, but also to add new components, modules, services, and other features to existing ones.

6. HTML and CSS

Angular does not obviate the necessity for a deep understanding of core web technologies. Although Angular makes it easier to develop apps quickly, they still need to be displayed in a browser, which means using CSS and HTML to create user interfaces. Angular is a fantastic tool for fast-creating attractive apps, but you must know where and how to change things to obtain the aesthetic you want. HTML and CSS are essentials that will never go out of style.

7. TypeScript

Client-side web apps were traditionally developed in JavaScript. TypeScript is a superset of JavaScript that includes robust type support. Angular is written in TypeScript and is the language of choice for creating Angular apps. There are various advantages to using TypeScript, the most important of which being fewer problems and greater flexibility to restructure code. You can ensure that you and your team are utilizing functions and variables in the way they were intended with the help of strong typing. This will undoubtedly minimize the number of issues in any huge codebase. Your app may continue to adapt and grow as consumers' needs change using TypeScript.
