Job description

An emerging company that is determined to help secure the financial health of the military community is looking for a Web Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will tap into the power of technology to solve problems from end to end. The company is utilizing cutting-edge research and new technologies to provide military members and their families with financial preparation. This position requires a significant overlap with the US time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team on mitigation techniques and remove bottlenecks 
  • Understand technical requirements and decompose them into workable tasks
  • Analyze problems and implement solutions balancing architectural, usability, performance, reliability, scalability, and market considerations
  • Recognize and support the software delivery lifecycle, including design, implementation, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, release, and maintenance
  • Work with team members on various staff disciplines such as account, product, analytics, and QA 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Extensive experience in Node.js
  • Nice to have experience in QA 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
