Web Front-End Developer

A fast-growing company set to revolutionize the industry with next-gen Artificial Intelligence solutions is looking for a Web Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will work on translating UX requirements into actual UI implementation and define the interfaces that connect the UI to the back-end. The company consists of a team of expert veterans with a track record of leading the development of multiple successful companies and products. This will be a full-time role and a great opportunity for developers to dip their toes in new avenues and expand their skill sets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the existing team of developers and with cross-functional teams
• Solve complex issues in a timely and analytical manner
• Contribute to the UI components and building blocks that are part of the UI framework
• Design and build efficient, intuitive front-end applications
• Take technical leadership on the design and development of new applications 
• Collaborate with colleagues to define, design, and break complex problems into actionable tasks and drive them to completion with team members
• Be a self-starter, innovative and can take ownership, work with tight timelines, and handle various tasks simultaneously while developing a positive work culture 
• Play a critical part in realizing the long-term goals and objectives of the company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 7+ years of professional experience as a software developer
• 3+ years of experience building front end applications, UI components, or frameworks
• Extensive experience working with Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Expert level skills building responsive web applications with modern UI frameworks 
• Extensive knowledge of React/Redux or equivalent technologies 
• Ability to keep product quality top of mind by creating automated tests for the software 
• Familiarity with tooling for development, release, and packaging of UI applications 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Comfortable working within an Agile methodology 
• Ability to work with others to clarify and implement abstract requirements
• Great collaboration and interpersonal skills
