Job description

A US-based fast-growing company that is committed to finding a way to understand and meet people where they are, is looking for a Software Developer. The selected candidate will be working with a number of products in-process and enhancing the current legacy products. They will be involved in API development, multi-platform development, and support of existing .NET applications. Job Responsibilities:

  • Product requirements implementation
  • Assist with incident triage and troubleshooting
  • Share and collaborate on development tasks with other team members
  • Rapidly scale features and implement improvements with minimal guidance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Ability to work independently and handle context switching
  • Experience working with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
  • Prolific Typescript experience is required
  • Cross-platform experience with frameworks such as electron or NativeScript is nice to have
  • Prolific experience working with C# and/or other C based languages
  • Experience working with JavaScript concepts like prototype chains, ES2015 features, and building tools like webpack
  • Experience in developing using strong software design patterns and principles like SOLID
  • API dev experience and related technologies/methodologies like REST, GraphQL is nice to have
  • Written communication skills that are detailed and effective for documenting the features tested and bugs discovered
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing a large number of tasks
  • Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Nice to have some prior experience working with remote teams
