Job description

A U.S.-based company developing a new digital-age customer service outsourcing services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will play a critical role in helping the team to achieve the company’s targets by implementing the latest technologies and solutions. The company is augmenting humans with great technology to provide clients with flexible, scalable, automation-enhanced customer support. The company has managed to secure $480K+ in funding so far.

Job Responsibilities:

Build necessary features and systems by utilizing a combination of integrations, machine learning, and clever programming
Design and build a cutting-edge, incredibly responsive web user interface
From design to distribution, focus on the features' design and timely delivery
Drive continual improvement in the software engineering process
Automate, monitor, and have a high degree of code coverage while deploying code to production

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
5+ years of experience working with Node.js and React.js
2+ years of serverless experience
Nice to have at least 2+ years of experience working as a lead engineer
Some knowledge of GraphQL (especially Apollo GraphQL) is desirable
Prior NLP experience is nice to have
Excellent English communication skills
