Job description

A well-established NYSE-listed company leveraging innovative solutions to reimagine the software and technology industries is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of designing, optimizing, and constructing various scalable features. The company's cutting-edge techniques allow businesses and individuals to meet their expanding needs while reducing IT complexity. This will be a full-time position requiring at least 8 hours of overlap with the IST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the future architecture of the platform while providing technical and product expertise
  • Mentor and guide fellow developers on the best engineering practices to be followed
  • Take charge of the end-to-end product quality, from developing to maintaining core app frameworks for a better and smooth experience
  • Develop scalable components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and web browsers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 8+ years of experience with C#, .Net Core, and SQL
  • Knowledge of Angular,.Net Core, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework Core
  • Experience in any of the technologies Mongo DB/Elastic Search, Redis, and Kafka
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience in Python is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Data Science and ML is a plus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and source code management tools (preferably GIT) is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills
