Job description

A US-based company helping global innovative companies build high-performing revenue and technology teams is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will work directly with the CTO, exhibiting a passion for solving tough technical and business challenges. The company focuses on empowering sustainable growth and has established a track record of working with hundreds of global employers and leading institutional investors. The selected candidate will contribute to redefining how companies scale by working on impactful projects across all the products. This role will require at least 4 hours overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the product and business teams to design effective and efficient solutions
Develop, test and ship high-quality product features for end-users
Work with the team to enhance and drive best-in-class software development
Help onboard and mentor future engineers
Showcase expert skills in the recruiting and HR space

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant professional software development experience
1+ years of full-stack web development experience
Profound abilities in Python or a similar object-oriented language
In-depth understanding of modern web technologies
Capable of writing clean, well documented, and rigorously tested code
Experience with product management or leading cross-functional projects is a bonus
Prior experience working at an early stage startup
