Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company that has successfully managed to manufacture and distribute a wide range of beloved snacks and beverages, is looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for building a cutting-edge tool that will enable the upper echelons of management to monitor product insights. The globally established company has been catering to the diverse food and beverage needs of an international customer base for nearly a century. This position requires a significant overlap with the IST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an MVP for an external ML/AI-connected insight tool for senior management
  • Using Azure DevOps tools and services, create and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Work together with software development teams to establish and put into effect best practices for build automation, release management, and source control management
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the most recent Azure DevOps trends, technologies, and best practices, and make suggestions for process enhancements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • 4+ years of experience working with DevOps
  • Extensive experience working with Azure DevOps and Terraform
  • Prior experience building deployment and staging systems from the start
  • Demonstrable experience in developing automation and CI/CD pipelines
  • Prolific understanding of Kubernetes, Azure, and Git
  • Familiarity with Grafana and Docker is nice to have
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
