Job description

A fast-growing company that aims to embody the world of creativity and music through their world-class retail services is looking for a Salesforce Developer. The selected candidate will be providing leadership in the definition of business requirements for new projects, as well as in customer service for change requests and issue research to the company’s business community. The company is one of the world's largest retailers of musical instruments, equipment, and brands at a lower cost and also offers online recording studio services. They have managed to raise more than $30mn in funding so far.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of technology solutions to satisfy business needs by acting as an integrator between business needs and technological solutions
  • Determine system strategy, generate system requirements, design, prototype, test custom technology solutions, and assist with system implementation
  • Assist inter-departmental management, the Application Support team, third-party vendors, and business leaders with technical issues
  • Manage resources for continuing development and tweaking of Salesforce, Epsilon CDP, and ESP integrations
  • Handle the Amazon Connect Call Center technology integration strategy
  • In the context of integration design, make architectural recommendations
  • With all applications integrated through the CRM tech stack, be responsible for code efficiency and data accuracy
  • To ensure application adoption and proper use, support and coordinate the design, implementation, and maintenance of vendor-supplied application systems
  • SDLC, PCI, CCPA, and SOX compliance in all aspects of application development
  • Maintain the Integration team's policies, standards, and governance model
  • Maintain control over the source code repository and practices
  • Deploy integration artifacts and configurations with a high level of integrity and effective controls
  • Ensure that various vendor platforms are maintainable, scalable, upgradeable, and flexible

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce development
  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Lightning Aura Components
  • 3+ Salesforce full life cycle implementations
  • Familiarity with at least two of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and Integration Cloud in cloud-based services
  • Lightning (Aura and LWC) or similar technology experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading/managing an enterprise implementation work-stream
  • Any call center technology experience, ideally Amazon Connect, is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Git and Bitbucket as source control tools
  • Salesforce Lightning Design System, Aura Framework, and Lightning Component experience
  • Ability to support systemic operational changes and create distributed applications with a user interface that is intuitive
  • Hands-on experience with any industry-standard Customer Data Platform and Email Service provider to manage customer journey emails and call strategies
  • Experience with Epsilon will be advantageous
