Job description

A fast-growing company that is providing specialized IT services to Digital Services Providers across the world is looking for a Salesforce Developer. The developer will be working both independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment while being extremely productive. The company is on a mission to provide businesses with relevant resources to help them address particular issues effectively. The company has managed to successfully secure $73mn+ in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert business needs into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce with Vlocity
  • During project discovery, conduct a customer workshop and make end-to-end preparations
  • Work with the development team to create the solution design documents as needed for the project
  • Exhibit critical, analytical thinking in both technical and non-technical parts of the job
  • Collect requirements, create the code, fix bugs, evaluate performance, package, and deploy the solutions to the Salesforce/Vlocity.com organization of the client
  • Establish client business needs and communicate with stakeholders to transform them into technical solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • At least 7-9+ years of Software/CRM experience 
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce/Vlocity CRM
  • 2+ years of experience working on telecom projects with salesforce technology
  • Must possess Salesforce/Vlocity Certification in the functional and technical areas, as well as, relevant platform development experience
  • Must be a Salesforce Certified Technical Application Architect
  • Vast experience creating top-notch technology solutions
  • Must have Vlocity CPQ and OM certifications
  • Prior management experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility in the provision of business consulting and system development
  • Experience building comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptive to the needs of the client with expertise in acquiring and evaluating information
  • A track record of managing team members
  • Capable of quickly absorbing and utilizing new ideas, business models, and technology
  • Must be detail-oriented and independent-thinking, while possessing self-starter skills
  • Demonstrable experience in working on big Salesforce/Vlocity engagements as Solution Architect/Technical Architects
  • Extensive expertise dealing with CI/CD and Dev Ops use
  • Experience in Lead Management process, Quotation to Cash process, Case Management, and Contact Center process
  • In-depth knowledge of integrating and developing applications using a variety of design patterns
  • Practical knowledge of various cloud products, such as sales, service, community, and FSL
  • In-depth expertise in implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Prior experience working on bids, estimating the scope of work, and supporting pre-sales activities
  • Well-versed in the Agile development methodology
  • Must be a cutting-edge innovator who regularly analyzes new technologies and their capabilities and works on initiatives that extend the capabilities of already-existing technology
  • Prior design and development experience for Salesforce.com and other system connections using SOAP and REST API
  • Strong Salesforce/Vlocity qualifications in the consulting and architect tracks (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) are nice to have
  • Extensive working knowledge of App Exchange products
  • Ability to multitask and succeed in a hectic, customer-focused workplace
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of audiences in a variety of settings, including technical and non-technical, staff and managerial (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls, and via e-mail)
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce/Vlocity Marketing as well as Wave cloud
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile and other project management techniques
  • Excellent English communication skills
