Turing.com is looking for an LLM Data Scientist who will be responsible for continually investigating and staying updated with NLP and big language model developments, implementing fresh techniques and procedures to enhance the models.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Adjust language models that have already been trained for generative AI applications
- Weekly releases of upgrades and new features
- Prioritize short-term returns and long-term growth while collaborating with product teams to ensure seamless product delivery and high standards
- Ensure that the LLMs and pipelines based on LLMs are tuned and released
- Apply, learn, and explore strategies to enhance current LLM serving and teaching while enhancing model quality
- Create and implement LLMs for various content creation jobs
- Share your findings, insights, and accomplishments with other modelers at the company who are working on similar projects
- Continually investigate and stay current with NLP and big language model developments, implementing fresh techniques and procedures to enhance our models
- To evaluate the performance of various model designs and to adjust hyperparameters, conduct experiments and benchmarks
- Investigate and fix any problems that appear during model training and deployment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as an LLM Data Scientist
- 2+ years of expertise as a Data Scientist building deep-learning models
- Demonstrable experience working with Deep Learning and LLM
- Nice to have some prior Ph.D. experience
- Prior experience demonstrating prompt engineering
- Strong expertise in tokenization and embeddings, as well as extensive experience creating models, improving model training and tuning, and deploying Large Language Models on architectures based on GPT, LLaMA, BERT, or Transformer
- Prior experience developing products that build rich user experiences with ML/AI
- Working knowledge of predictive modeling, meta-learning, and transfer learning
- Strong background in displaying and interacting with large datasets
- Comprehensive understanding of different deep learning methods, such as CNN and RNN
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
