Job description

A U.S.-based company that is providing eager clients with the opportunity to purchase their dream property easily and cost-efficiently, is looking for a Lead DevOps/Salesforce Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of designing and creating the necessary documentation and system requirements. The company's novel rent-to-own scheme also helps with outright land purchases while giving customers exclusive access to listings that aren't publicly available. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Take the initiative and integrate the required implementations while working with vendors
  • Prior knowledge of developing and validating flows
  • Manage permission sets, associated app licenses, third-party App
  • Exchange applications, and training when onboarding new users into Salesforce
  • Test, address, and react to end-user problems
  • Maintain and set up the basic and customized objects of Sales Cloud, including the development of fields, formulas, and validation criteria
  • Create reports and dashboards using both common and distinctive objects.
  • Work together with analysts, developers, architects, and team leads to develop effective solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps/Salesforce Engineer
  • Prolific experience working extensively with Apex Programming
  • In-depth technical knowledge of APIs like REST and SOAP
  • Demonstrable experience with the APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC frameworks
  • Extensive expertise managing GitHub repositories, numerous Salesforce setups, and a DevOps platform like Gearset or Copado
  • Some familiarity with JavaScript, DevOps, and Data Engineering is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of metadata deployments and packaging, code coverage, unit tests, and change set management
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
