Job description

A fast-growing company that is enabling businesses to generate AI-powered email newsletters by harnessing the power of contemporary technology, is looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of developing software and providing support for it, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality. The company is working on creating strong, automated, and tailored solutions that help organizations boost their marketing and communications capacities, enabling them to more effectively interact with their target audience and turn them into paying customers. This is a nice opportunity for developers who are passionate about challenging themselves and applying their problem-solving skills. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer solutions to complicated system architectural problems and take an active role in the system's end-to-end development
  • Build features that are reliable, adaptable, consistent, and user-friendly
  • Maintain a constant focus on performance enhancements, code reuse, and readability
  • Generate maintainable, pristine, high-quality, and performant code

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Extensive experience working with Python
  • Some familiarity with Machine Learning and Data Engineering is nice to have
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps, Distributed Systems, and Serverless technologies is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
