An innovative health company focused on transforming healthcare and drug discovery is looking for a Full-stack (Backend-heavy) Engineer. As an engineer, you will join the team in building a digital health platform that will impact people's lives and their long-term health. The platform enables healthcare professionals and individuals to gain insights from complex data that helps them stay proactive and make life-changing decisions that impact their health. They have raised over $90 mn in funding and are backed by some of the leading investors in life sciences. The candidate will collaborate with a diverse team and multidisciplinary group of over 100 scientists, engineers, and deployment specialists to transform world-leading science into powerful and widely applied healthcare solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and build user-focused and data-centric applications
  • Work with different platforms, systems, and test for efficiency
  • Create appropriate solutions to drive the quality of software
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality, transformational digital health products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be proficient with JavaScript including knowledge of frameworks such as React and JavaScript build tools
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot
  • Solid understanding and experience of HTML and CSS is nice to have 
  • Knowledge of unit testing and test automation tools and techniques for browser-based user interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to describe complex ideas to a range of audiences
