Job description

A well-funded NYC-based tech firm focused on scaling the next generation of ops-driven companies is looking for a Full-stack, Back-end-heavy Developer. The developer will be responsible for building high-quality products and helping to shape the team’s culture. The company is developing scalable products that serve as a control center for companies to monitor and activate their teams. This is a full-time role and requires some time overlap with the EST/PST time zones. The role presents an excellent opportunity to rub shoulders with industry veterans who have worked previously with multi-million corporations like Uber, Amazon, Google, Bridgewater, and Apple.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring new engineering ideas and analytics processes to help improve processes
  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes 
  • Develop and maintain efficient and reusable code
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Build scalable, efficient, and well-documented stacks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full-stack developer
  • Demonstrable skills with Typescript, React, and Node.js
  • Prior working experience with Next.js and PostgreSQL is nice to have
  • Enjoy collaborating and debating technical implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
