Job description

A rapidly-growing US-based gamified learning company active in the EdTech space is looking for a Full-stack (Front-end-heavy) Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building user-facing products and scalable architecture to create a seamless user experience. The platform encourages a hands-on approach to cybersecurity education and caters to a diverse group of students. The award-winning company has secured fundings worth $30+ mn so far. This role requires some overlap with the US or LATAM time zones. It is a great opportunity for those who would like to explore their creativity and grow quickly in their careers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform prototype optimizations and rewrite them to align with the company’s goals
  • Build out the designs for the product
  • Perform test-driven development in Typescript
  • Work on API gateways and back-end microservices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Demonstrable skills with React, GraphQL, Go, and Node.js
  • Prior experience working with Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Some experience working with back-end microservices in Go
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
