Job description

A rapidly-growing company that enables roofers to receive larger contracts, quicker insurance approvals, and immediate payments, is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of ensuring that apps are reliable and stable, executing unit tests, debugging problems, and optimizing performance. The company's platform, driven by artificial intelligence, automates the processes of estimating, supplementing, and closeout. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires 3+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Work together with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate server-side code into user interfaces for the best possible user experience
  • Write code that follows coding standards and best practices and is organized, effective, and well-documented
  • In order to guarantee data consistency and appropriate system connectivity, integrate software applications with third-party systems and APIs
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, software architects, and other relevant parties to comprehend project specifications, offer technical advice, and guarantee productive teamwork all the way through the development process


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end engineer
  • Extensive experience working with React, JavaScript, and React Native
  • Some understanding of Firebase, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js is nice to have
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
