Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Engineer

A fast-growing company that is creating an AI-powered platform that will enable roofing contractors to receive instant payments, larger assignments, and quicker insurance approvals, is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new features for the business's internal web dashboard and mobile field app. Contractors utilize the company's mobile app for house inspections, which automatically generates all required insurance reports for quick approval, and subsequently facilitates immediate cash payments upon completion of construction, empowering contractors to independently expand their business. This will be a long-term, full-time position requiring 3+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work together with the team to collect, evaluate, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Build and develop web applications that are scalable, secure, and effective
• Create front-end user interfaces utilizing cutting-edge web technologies
• Debug and run unit tests to find and correct system flaws

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end engineer
• Extensive experience working with React, JavaScript, and React Native
• Familiarity with Firebase, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and Node.js is desirable
• Great collaboration and time management skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English communication
