Job description

A US-based software development company that offers tools to help the home care industry, is looking for a Full Stack Front-End-Heavy Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for working on internal workflows, admin, and matching the internal workflows to caregiver operations. The company is working to put the caregiver first by building tools that help the home care industry better engage and recognize their workforce. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires some time overlap with EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Migrate company’s back-end from Firebase to Strappy
  • Work on internal work flows and admin portal
  • Match the internal workflows to caregiver operations
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack (FE-heavy) Developer
  • Proficiency in React.js and Node.js libraries
  • Experience in building and supporting mission-critical user-facing systems
  • Ability to make recommendations/suggestions on changes
  • Excellent, crisp, and prompt communicator
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines
