Full-stack Front-end-heavy Developer

A leading US-based firm that provides users with an online advantage to retain, attract, and convert more users is looking for a Full-stack Front-end-heavy Developer. The developer will be in charge of building new features and will own projects across the platform. The company's patented customer engagement technology leverages digital and social media environments to provide users with an exceptional experience. The company has managed to raise $10mn+ in funding so far. This will be a long-term role, requiring an overlap with the MST/PST time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build efficient intuitive front-end applications and features
• Build and maintain scalable, elegant, and responsive design 
• Maintain and advance current systems.
• Help develop new centralized systems and products
• Implement new designs in a highly collaborative environment with fellow engineers, product managers, and UI/UX specialists
• Deliver clean, stable, manageable code while meeting design specifications, sprint goals, and timelines
• Mentor more junior team members with your knowledge of best practices & patterns in the front-end design
• Developing new features for Mobile-first design

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end developer
• Extensive skills with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript/jQuery
• Prior experience working with RTC (Real-time communication e.g. Websockets, SingalR)
• Nice to have some experience with Databases (SQL, Mongo, MySQL)
• Prior knowledge working with/Building APIs is desirable
• Solid understanding of Source Control (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps)
• Experience utilizing and building unit tests 
• Fluent in English communication skills
