Job description

A rapidly growing company that is on a mission to democratize cybersecurity through its new-age employee training and management platform is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Developer. The selected candidate will focus on the customer side of the platform, and develop transformative features to enhance user experience while maintaining the server-side logic. This U.S.-based company offers employee engagement solutions to prevent security breaches that are more robust and responsive than traditional cybersecurity awareness tools. This is a great opportunity for developers who are comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and can provide a 4-hour overlap with the PST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and build responsive features for the company platform
  • Write efficient, clean, and well-documented code
  • Maintain and update existing features and technology
  • Troubleshoot and debug to streamline platform performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and translate them into buildable solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with React 
  • Familiarity and working experience with Golang would be a plus
  • Prolific understanding of coding and data structures
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, learn, and adapt quickly
  • Good English communication skills
