Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End-Heavy)

A fast-growing company providing same-day store-to-door delivery services is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Engineer. The selected candidate will be tasked with articulating and sharing the company’s vision and mission through their consumer-facing products. The company offers its delivery services for DTC brands and brick-and-mortar retailers. They have managed to securely raise $1mn+ in funding during their Pre-Seed round. This will be a full-time, long-term role that requires some overlap with the EST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on planning, designing, and executing end-to-end web architecture
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for delivering high-quality products
• Develop easy-to-scale, responsive, and well-documented stacks
• Work with a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack developer
• Should possess a deep understanding of React, CSS, and Node.js Lambda microservices development
• Should be familiar with databases systems like SQL and NoSQL
• Experience working with AWS solutions is beneficial
• Thorough knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps, Tailwind, and React Native development is good to have
• Familiarity with iOS or Android development best practices is highly desirable
