Job description

A US-based company on a mission to power the customer experience for software is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the application's high performance, quality, and responsiveness. With its post-sales orchestration platform, the company's innovative technology uses AI and machine learning to optimize and automate the customer lifecycle. During their Seed round, the company raised $5mn+ in funding. This will be a full-time, long-term role that requires some overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Continuously discover and implement new technologies in the applications 
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable codes
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the application conforms to user specifications
  • Build efficient internal tooling to improve workflows across the entire company

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end engineer
  • Prolific experience with AWS, both general and serverless
  • Extensive experience working with JavaScript, Typescript, and React/Node.js
  • Demonstrable DB experience like NoSQL, Relational (Redshift, S3, Dynamo, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
  • Nice to have some experience with orchestration/Scheduling Design patterns like Kafta, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS, pub-sub models, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
