Job description

An emerging SaaS-based company focusing on manufacturers and distributors that replaces a variety of communication channels, is looking for a Front-end Heavy Full-stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for optimizing the current platform and suggesting innovative solutions. The firm plans to provide a logistic marketplace with optimum costs that will also help distribution supply chains to efficiently communicate and collaborate without worrying about data loss, follow ups or replacing any back-end systems. The company already has two large brands on their platform along with 2,000 distributors. The firm has had three successful startup exits so far and is preparing for its next seed round.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on expanding product and user-facing features 
  • Write code in React native to build components
  • Develop scalable and reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Work on optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-platform teams to ensure quick integration and development of projects
  • Work with a test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing new products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development
  • Must have professional experience working with technologies like React Native and Redux
  • Well versed in working with real-time APIs using web socket and push notifications will be an added advantage
  • Needs to be highly efficient at JavaScript (ES6) and functional programming
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English
