Job description

A US-based company developing a platform to help sportsmen book sessions with qualified guides and outfitters is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Developer. As a skilled and adaptable developer, you will join a fast-paced startup environment to develop solutions to complex real-world problems. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and modify software systems and components using the dev stack
  • Develop software solutions by analyzing performance standards and conferring with users or system engineers
  • Analyze systems’ flow, data usage, and production procedures; and investigate challenging areas 
  • Integrate existing software into new systems
  • Develop and implement test procedures for software components
  • Analyze user requirements to derive technical performance necessities and devise a product roadmap 
  • Plan, track and manage deliverables on short-term and long-term software deployments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, (or equivalent experience)
  • Must have 5+years of full-stack software development on web and client/server solutions
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Java, Angular, ReactJS, React Native, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
  • 3+ years of experience in Graph QL, Firebase & Google Cloud Platform
  • 3+ years of experience working with AWS, Stripe API, Serverless Framework
  • Solid understanding of developing web services, HTML UI, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to participate in scoping projects with solid organizational skills
  • Ability to work with technical and functional resources effectively 
  • Affinity for learning new technology 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and translate business requirements into scalable technical requirements
  • Aptitude for learning new programming languages, tools, and applications
