A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Front-End-Heavy) who is passionate about shipping the products that millions of players across metaverses will interact with on a daily basis. As an early member of the team, the developer will help lay out the technical foundation on which the platform is built. The ideal candidate is expected to care deeply about building a beautiful user experience while maintaining a healthy equilibrium between shipping speed and engineering excellence. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement programs that interact with people, games, and guilds
  • Implement procedures to ensure that deployment cycles are continuous and safe
  • Maintain the best coding standards possible to ensure performance, readability, and maintainability
  • Mentor newer team members and assist them in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with the design and leadership teams to develop solutions that meet the demands of users
  • Pay close attention to the most minor details and hold yourself and others accountable to the highest standards

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience developing robust web applications in the industry
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, and others
  • Be conversant with good coding standards, testing frameworks, and continuous deployment as examples of engineering best practices
  • Basic understanding of web3 is nice to have
  • Contribution to open source projects is appreciated
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Possess a solid action-oriented bias
