Full-Stack Developer (Front-End-Heavy)

A rapidly-growing company that utilizes an efficient planning and operations team to help clients realize their bicycle-related goals, is looking for a Full-Stack, Front-End-Heavy Developer. The developer will work on building pipelines with a small team and scaling the platform. The company provides users with bike-related services, parking options, etc., to enable a hassle-free commute. This will be a full-time role that requires some overlap with the PST/EST time zones. It is a great opportunity for developers to make a mark in the industry and showcase their abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the team and contribute to more than just building an efficient UI
• Contribute innovative ideas regularly to brainstorming sessions
• Analyze and enhance the performance of the application
• Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code 
• Collaborate closely with team members to execute missions and ship projects successfully
• Work with a high degree of ambiguity in the project where things change very quickly

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end or full-stack developer
• Extensive skills with React and Ruby on Rails 
• Nice to have prior experience working with Mapbox and providing UI/UX responses and feedback 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced startup environment with flexibility
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
