Job description

A fast-growing company that is developing an innovative interactive platform that helps companies to sense the current state of their sales is looking for a Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Developer. The selected candidate will be helping the existing team of talented professionals to further develop the platform and engage better with customers. The company's operational decision platform enables retail and consumer goods businesses to grow revenue by accurately understanding, planning, and forecasting sales and demand. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy working on building scalable and innovative solutions to multifaceted problems. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in building new features, fixing bugs, and bringing new tools and ideas to the table
  • Ensure that outputs are user-friendly and visually compelling
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or back-end developer
  • At least 2+ years experience developing production-ready back-ends
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and NodeJS development
  • Understanding of serverless methodologies and AWS
  • Knowledge of ReactJS is nice to have
  • Strong knowledge of how to create and work with high-performance relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
  • Possess the ability to take charge of tasks and challenges
