Job description

A fast-emerging fintech company is looking for a Back-end Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building high-quality products and developing the server-side application as well as other functionalities. The company is focused on providing better credit alternatives using data and technology. Strong Python and Django skills are required for this role. This is a nice opportunity for those who want to utilize great programming skills in developing beautiful, innovative applications. The role requires at least 4 hours of time overlap.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications
  • Maintain and build end-to-end web architecture
  • Develop new ideas and lead integration to improve existing products and solutions
  • Write and integrate flawless codes and resolve existing bugs for production-grade environments
  • Develop codes that meet expected internal standards, style, reliability, and maintenance
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal and development teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a back-end developer
  • Experience working with Python and Django
  • Ability to prioritize individual and project tasks to meet expected goals
  • Collaboration skills and fluency in English
