Job description

A fast-emerging startup active in the residential real estate space is looking for a Back-end Developer. The developer will be responsible for building & managing back-end applications and solving scalability issues, among others. The company aims to simplify the buying and selling process within the real estate sector. This is a great opportunity for those who want to take ownership of their work and rise quickly through the ranks.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build & manage micro-services and backend API’s
  • Solve scalability issues by optimizing the platform for faster execution
  • Implement security & data protection practices
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable codes
  • Drive improvements by analyzing website performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant back-end development experience
  • Proficiency in Node.js development
  • Experience in PostgreSQL, MongoDB and React.js
  • Fluency in back-end technologies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
