Job description

A US-based data management software company providing valuable insights needed to make smart storage decisions is looking for a Back-End Go Developer. The developer will be responsible for building Go microservices. The company’s data management strategy automatically monitors and tracks every job, generating quality reports and providing flexible API integrations with 3rd party applications to bring clarity to the workflow. This will be a great opportunity for developers to solve real-world problems and build powerful products.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write scalable, robust, efficient, testable, and easily maintainable code
  • Translate user requirements into stable and high-performance software
  • Collaborate with developers to design, and maintain a distributed architecture
  • Identify process bottlenecks and fix bugs in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a Go developer
  • Proficient with Go programming language and its paradigms
  • Good understanding of common Goroutine and channel patterns
  • Proficiency in building Go microservices and using gRPC
  • Experience working with dependency management tools and code generation tools
  • Experience with popular Go web frameworks like Revel and Router packages
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams
