Job description

A rapidly-growing company using NLP and advanced AI technology to validate and enrich data and turn them into actionable insights, is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements and translating them into technical design specifications. The company's advanced technology improves the ability of businesses to minimize risk in an ever-changing risk environment and automate smart processes. During their Seed round, the company securely raised $8.5mn+ in funding. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solve various challenges within the product to increase the value to customers
  • Take control of the application features
  • Build, design, and implement distributed systems 
  • Enhance the platform for fast processing and expandability
  • Collaborate effectively with product teams and engineering professionals
  • Work in every step of the product life cycle, from ideation to design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Deliver code that is clean, robust, scalable, and maintainable

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in developing Python products
  • Highly self-sufficient, self-motivated, and a true team player
  • Sound product development track record 
  • Conversant with unit testing, agile project development, bug and change management systems
  • Capability to create, research, and implement well-defined features
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English are required
  • Should be creative and willing to step out of the comfort zone
  • Experience with Graph databases based on Apache Tinkerpop will be highly appreciated
  • Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure, Golang, and Python web frameworks such as: Django or Flask will be an added advantage
  • Experience working in a startup company is a plus
