Job description

A rapidly growing company that is changing the way people think about recycling globally is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for combining front-end features with server-side logic and functionality. The technology provided by the company delivers clear data that supports decision-making for its clients' zero-waste ambition, exceeding the effect of prior recycling accomplishments. The company has managed to raise more than $10 mn in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to write automation tests, understand requirements, build solutions, deliver functionality, and build continuous delivery pipelines
  • Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals to meet product requirements and build innovative solutions
  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with Typescript and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Unix and Linux is nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
