Job description

A world-class cloud provider with specialized services for demanding clients that run business-critical services is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will be irresponsible fo creating the code and improving the server, server-side applications, and databases. The company is a specialist in various fields, including high-availability service hosting, turn-key service solutions, development, etc., with over 2 decades worth of experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, high-growth company and rise quickly through the ranks.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain seamless communication with the technical leadership, clearly understand their requirements, and effectively execute the same
Design and develop reusable, top-notch code
Diagnose and fix application bugs to improve application performance
Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
Proficiency in PHP, WordPress, SQL syntax, and Git SCM
Must be familiar with WHMCS
Must have prior experience with web design: CSS, HTML, Ajax, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and React
Must exhibit an in-depth knowledge of REST API design principles
Must be familiar with the following databases: MongoDB and MySQL
Prolific experience working with Linus OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
Prior experience with web frameworks - Spring and Laravel is nice to have
Fluent in spoken and written English
