Job description

A technology startup that is in its early stage is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will help the CTO build a cloud-based monitoring and testing system as the company’s internal tools. The company has been building revolutionary developer tooling services on the cloud while utilizing innovative technology. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to work alongside industry veterans from Facebook and Google to build scalable solutions that will make a visible impact in the tech industry.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write code to send/receive data via TCP/HTTP
  • Help the existing team to build a super stable and very well monitored product
  • Help build an application that will detect problems in the system very quickly whenever an issue occurs
  • Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
  • Implement security & data protection practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Strong programming skills in Go 
  • Familiar with common network protocols like TCP/HTTP
  • Experience with public cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Containers and Kubernetes 
  • Active and resourceful to solve problems in a dynamic, fast-changing environment 
  • Be a fast learner and a good communicator
