Job description

A rapidly-expanding business that is creating an automated, intelligent operations platform to boost productivity and provide the product, marketing, and design teams more power, is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will be responsible for ensuring that the written code is incredibly reliable and capable of offering the user good performance. Through their all-inclusive platform, the company is assisting businesses in gaining efficiencies, reducing compliance risk, and quickly becoming industry leaders. This position requires 4+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Make sure that modern security measures are put in place to thwart unwanted access
Find and resolve any issues in the code
Build sufficient test suites to make sure the design's original functionality requirements are being met
Verify that the server-side code is connecting to databases in the right way

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
Extensive expertise with Python, Vector database, ElasticSearch or OpenSearch, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Practical knowledge of the newest LLMs, including GPT4, LLama, Palm2, GPT-NeoX, FLAN, etc.
Showcased comprehension of the fundamentals and best practices of natural language processing software
Familiarity with RLHF, vector databases, prompt tuning and engineering, instruction tuning, and/or causal/masked language modeling
In-depth experience with AI and ML technologies such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken
