Job description

A rapidly-growing FinTech startup that is steadily building state-of-the-art financial products with the help of cutting-edge technologies, is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will be in charge of making required suggestions while advancing infrastructure and tool upgrades that allow the business to consistently function quickly. The company is currently building their initial MVP and hopes to launch the product to the public soon. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to work in a challenging and time-sensitive environment. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage tasks and update the team/project leader on the status of the project
  • Compile and analyze data, procedures, and protocols to detect issues and identify potential improvements
  • Design, build, scale, and manage the company’s service and platform
  • Participate in and oversee the code review process with the development team to maintain a stable and largely bug-free environment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Python and Web API
  • Exceptional team management and collaboration skills
  • Great organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written
