Job description

Job responsibilities

Participate in the entire SDLC with a focus on programming, debugging, and performance
Write clean and scalable code to develop highly functional web applications
Perform UI tests, troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI elements on the server side
Search, collect, define and develop technical and design requirements
Keep track of the evolving technologies and maintain documentation

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Web3/Back-end Developer
Well-versed in decentralized application development and concepts of Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
Strong grasp of web/mobile application development processes, including design, development, and deployment
Comprehensive understanding of multiple programming languages, like Solidity, Python, and Rust
Fluency in English to ensure smooth communication with international teams/stakeholders
Comfortable with working full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

Knowledge in working with different CMS frameworks
Exposure to major front-end languages, like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Great teamwork skills with time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

No, you don't need to pay any taxes in the U.S. However, you might need to pay taxes according to your country’s tax laws. Also, your bank might charge you a small amount as a transaction fee.
