Fullstack Engineer (India | 7–10 yrs)

• Builds internal web tooling for experiment management and agent workflow UX: run launch, config editing, comparison views, and trace explorers.
• Implements dashboards for training/agent observability (metrics, logs, traces) integrating Grafana links and MLflow/W&B deep links.
• Develops secure admin surfaces for sandbox controls: tool permissions, environment toggles, breakpoints, and human-in-the-loop review queues.
• Creates reusable UI components for KPI reporting (latency/cost per run, anomaly flags, model leaderboard/benchmarks).
• Works closely with backend/ML teams to wire APIs, authN/authZ, and audit logging for compliance-ready operations.
• Strong focus on performance, reliability, and clear developer experience for rapid iteration.

Full Stack - NoSQL

To work onsite in Hyderabad office

Job Responsibilities:

• Have a great deal of autonomy and self-sufficiency, as well as proficiency in NoSQL and Java
• Play a significant part in a brand-new, greenfield project where they are expected to assist with the creation of the PoC and system design
• Engage with a cross-functional internal team and other Turing talents
• Create and keep up with documentation on software development projects and processes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
• At least 4+ years of experience working with Java/Spring Boot
• At least 2+ years of experience with GraphQL
• At least 2+ years of experience in React JS.
• At least 2+ years of experience working with Azure and NoSQL
• Prolific experience contributing towards DB and API designs and implementation
• Excellent English communication skills, both conversational and written
