Job Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a variety of reporting, descriptive, and predictive analytics techniques while maintaining a strict emphasis on business results
- Utilize advanced analytics to aid in the creation, growth, and scaling of new analytics solutions
- Learn how to use a variety of data sources, analyze them, and know when, how, and which ones to use and which ones to avoid at any given time
- Use a combination of tools, data analysis techniques, and data science methodology to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from diverse sources in order to spot trends and draw insightful conclusions
- Create algorithms, predictive models, and bespoke analysis using data modeling procedures
- Foster insights innovation while coordinating with both tactical and strategic corporate insights initiatives
- Make sure insights are both actionable and measurable, and develop these hypotheses with an understanding of their application in real life and their commercial ramifications
- Work together with customers to identify and implement the crucial insights needed to make wise business decisions
- Be a technical lead who is capable of driving and developing insights from conception to release
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst
- 4+ years of experience working with SQL programming
- Strong business sense combined with data analytic abilities to identify the most significant questions to ask from the dataset, provide clear answers, and explain the key findings
- Solid working experience with data mining, data models, segmentation techniques, and database design development
- Strong understanding of the structure, analysis, and extract data according to business requirements
- Proficient with handling large data sets and relational databases
- Experience in using statistical packages, like Excel, SPSS, SAS for analyzing datasets
- Good to have knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Python, JavaScript, XML, etc.
