Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of server-side logic using AWS, Go, and MongoDB, leveraging extensive experience and advanced skills
Ensure top-tier performance and responsiveness to front-end requests, drawing upon comprehensive experience to deliver optimal results
Take ownership of integrating front-end elements into the application, requiring a profound understanding of front-end technologies
Collaborate seamlessly with other team members and stakeholders, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
Maintain code integrity and organization, drawing upon advanced knowledge to optimize processes
Implement and uphold security and data protection measures, applying deep expertise to ensure the highest standards
Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the tech industry, showcasing a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with AWS, 1+ years with Go, and 1+ years with MongoDB, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
In-depth understanding of server-side templating languages, drawing upon extensive knowledge
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, with a history of effective use
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
Fluency in English and strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
