Job description

As a Web Backend Developer, your core responsibilities will involve the development and upkeep of robust backend systems, rigorous debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of multiple applications. You will be expected to harness your expertise in AWS, React, and Ruby on Rails to enhance the efficiency, speed, and scalability of our applications. Your collaborative work with a talented team of designers and engineers will be pivotal in crafting user-friendly UIs.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain robust backend systems using AWS, React, and Ruby on Rails
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot multiple applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop user-friendly UIs
  • Conduct code analysis and propose modifications to enhance code quality
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative problem-solving strategies
  • Elevate the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the tech industry
  • At least 1+ years of experience working with AWS and React, and 1+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust backend systems
  • Strong grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and effective communication skills
