As a veteran Web Back-End Developer, you will assume a leadership role in the development, debugging, and troubleshooting of diverse applications. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive code analysis, providing expert suggestions to enhance code quality, leveraging extensive experience
  • Collaborate closely with a team of designers and engineers to craft cutting-edge, user-friendly UIs, offering mentorship to foster team growth
  • Stay abreast of market trends and innovative problem-solving strategies through rigorous research, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront
  • Optimize the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications, applying advanced knowledge to streamline processes
  • Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using GraphQL, React, and Spring Boot, showcasing advanced proficiency in these technologies
  • Contribute significantly to all phases of the software development life cycle, providing valuable insights and expertise

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in the tech industry, demonstrating a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
  • Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with GraphQL and React, and 1+ years with Spring Boot, showcasing advanced proficiency in these technologies
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining resilient back-end systems, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of successful projects
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, effectively applying these practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Proficiency in English, complemented by strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
