Job description

A US-based company providing actionable insights to help businesses gain access to robust and up-to-date counterparty risk information is looking for a Web Back-End Developer. The developer will be working with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve company goals. The firm converts data into meaningful insights, classifying challenges according to their degree of concern and emphasizing the most significant red flags. During their Seed round of funding, the company raised funding worth more than $9mn. This role requires some overlap with the EST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a great engineering team to solve complex problems 
  • Drive and deliver on the product roadmap, turning rough specs into features
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable codes 
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in the mobile applications
  • Analyze website performance and drive improvements 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a web back-end developer
  • Extensive experience working with Java, Scala, and .NET
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Product minded and committed to building an amazing user experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English communication
