Job description

The selected candidate will be in charge of implementing a wide variety of features and frameworks to maintain and scale the platform to greater heights. The company is dedicated to enhancing positive employee experiences through a variety of innovative worker-centric rewards and products. The company has managed to secure funding worth more than $25 mn so far. This role requires 4+ hours overlap with the BST time zone and will be a full-time position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop software with modern-day features for a better user experience
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and fix code bugs
  • Design, develop, maintain, and monitor products 
  • Identify opportunities for improving the platform based on data, research, and insights
  • Work closely with team members to analyze business requirements and provide timely feedbacks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Extensive experience working with Golang
  • In-depth knowledge of React Native 
  • Great interpersonal and management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
