Web Back-End Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
• Identify and resolve bugs and improve application performance
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance development efficiency
• Ensure optimum performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in the field
• At least 1+ years of experience with Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining robust backend systems
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
