Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance back-end architectures
  • Proactively monitor and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency
  • Act as a technical mentor, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members
  • Ensure data security and privacy through advanced encryption and access controls
  • Lead R&D efforts to assess and integrate emerging technologies into company projects


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the tech industry
  • A minimum of 1+ year/s of experience with Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
